Woohoo, this isn’t my regular Amish book that I read. This was a regular marriage for a reason book. These two characters need each other for marriage. For her, marriage would help her get her trust fund. For him, he would be able to get a much needed loan from the bank. Will they end up loving each other?
I loved reading/listening to the audio of this book. After reading over 30 books in this series, when one comes up new, it’s like an old friend coming over for tea. You easily remember the characters and how they are. For this one, there was a murder of an older hotshot baseball player. There were several who dunnits, but I wasn’t surprised by who it ended up to be. The author also did something she had never done before and left a cliffhanger, so I won’t be surprised if another book in the series comes out. I was able to get this book a little more quickly on audio through another library. If you want info on I did it, please let me know.
I loved it just like the first book. You can read either of them first. Viv is hurt and left from her people. She slowly goes around town, which is small. She begins to help the local bookstore, cute ways in which the owner can finally earn money. This book has a lot of profanity, within conversations with everyone. I listened to it on audiobook through Netgalley. Book comes out in October and I would definitely buy or check it out. The best part is that the shop owners pet is named pot roast!!!
This is just a quick read of when Four chose his faction and what happens next. It was nice to read about the same things that him and Tris had to go through.
I found this one at the Pickens County library. Again, the cover doesn’t do it justice. Molly is the local librarian. When a string of bad things begins to happen in her town and she finds a baby in the library bathroom, she works with the local sheriff to find out a mystery. You quickly figure out what is really happening, but I just loved the library aspect of it.
This cover doesn’t really do this cute book justice. Amelia has always worked at a tiny ice cream shop each summer. This summer, she gets to be in charge. When the woman who owns it passes, her grand nephew inherits it. But, he has a lot of different plans for the summer. This book is about finding yourself and helping out other people. If you want to get started on a ya book, this one is for you.
This came recommended from a girl on YouTube. She said that it was a YA you’ve got mail. It is. I had a little hard time following the different characters bc she is talking to two guys. But the middle and end were so good!
This was such a good book that I don’t even know how to talk about it. Cassie’s life is turned upside down when her mother begs her to come home. The firefighter is up for a huge promotion, but also feels she has to help her Mom. What happens at her new firehouse, one that doesn’t believe women should be there? I finished this book so fast bc I
This is the best Amish book that I have read in a while. Two people have to work side by side at a Farmer’s Market. Before they can get together, both have things they have to go through.
