I can so see why people loved this book. I couldn’t put it down!! I loved the dual timelines and wondering if the two main characters will eventually get to together if you like won’t they/will they characters, this one is for you!!

Such a good read. This is about a grieving Amish man with a small family. The pastor comes to his home saying that it is time to find a new wife and mother for his two daughters. While his wife’s best friend helps along during the day, he is made to hang out with another woman in the neighborhood. The dinner goes disastrous and you just feel bad for him. Loves does come along slowly and it ends with him finding who will be a helpmate to him and a mother to his daughters.

This book was hard to listen to. The cover makes this look like a sweet Amish story. Two twin boys are given up to another family when the mother passes qnd the father has 11 other children. They were so poor and maltreatment at their home, that when they began to live with this new family, everything showed the neglect. The boys didn’t know what sugar, Fruit, and beds were. While at the new family, they find a puppy that follows them everywhere. Through half of the book, a terrible accident happens at a creek, and one twin boy dies. Yes!! The story continues, with the boy becoming a young male, going to church, falling in love with a girl that he can’t have, and the dog dying!!!! There was even an hour more of listening!!! This is definitely one book that does not match the cover.

Such a wonderful read!! The cover doesn’t do this book justice!! Victoria aka Smokey, has always worked and lived on q huge ship. Her father was a famous sailor who taught her everything. Once he passed, she became the well known captain all around the world. What happens when everyone finds out this known captain is a woman? What happens when a pirate invades Her ship? There of course is a romance where she learns how to be more lady like and all of the things she never was taught on an all male ship. God is intertwined in this story and throughout she prays for help and guidance.

Mattie’s heart was broken several years ago by Gideon. When she comes back home after a fire to her bakery, will she finally find out the real reason for the break up? This book went a tiny bit long in the characters learning the truth, but it was still a good book. If you like Amish Books, this one is for you.

Such a good ending to a dualogy! This book goes along with my PopSugar Reading Challenge 2021 for dualogy. It is finally revealed at the end who the killer was all along. It was shocking to me and then it was so good to realize all of the little things that led up to it!! Such a good read, especially if you like ya and a mystery.

It was such a cute ya book. The two main characters begin to leave notes in their chemistry desks for the other to find and return. When will they figure out who each other are? Such a cute read that if you want to begin to read ya or like ya, this one is for you.

Ya book with two characters talking. One struggling with single mom and having tourettes. The other is literally the boy next door afraid to tell others about his feelings toward the girl. What will happen when one has to move? Will they both or just one finally come out of their shell?
If you like YA books, this is a definite read for you.

I really enjoyed this book. It goes with reading a duology for the book challenge that I’m doing. Thus book read like you were watching a TV show. There were many characters to keep up with, 5 girls have a secret about the main bully at school dying. Who really murdered Nolan? Why are each girl being stalked or craziness happening to them? This book ends with a cliff hanger do you definitely have to read the second book to find out what all happens.

I have loved all of Karen Kingsbury books. This one I listened to on audio and enjoyed it. Three different point of views were discussed. A bookstore owner doesn’t know what to do when he is faced with going under. Two people going to college would stop everyday to work on homework and read books aloud to each other. Just like the notebook, things goes astray and what the two people think happens, doesn’t really. You have to wait till the end of the book for all of truths come out. It’s worth it in the end. I would highly recommend reading this book or listening to it on audio.
